Change Top header and social icons color

You can use the following code in an additional CSS box in the customizer:
.np-top-header-wrap {
background: #fff;
}
.np-top-right-section-wrapper .social-link a {
color: #C62828;
}

I was able to change only the icon color, but the top bar color couldn’t
