    Hi

Is there a way to make the subscribe box show when the stock_status shows ‘Out of stock’ instead of relying on the stock level to be zero please?

for example, i set my products to go out of stock when my stock level hits 3, to ensure i never sell out of stock products (i dropship from a supplier).

but your plug in only shows when stock level is 0, so that means i have lots of out of stock products that your subscribe box is not showing on.

    thanks

  • @mattw1000 Thanks for getting in touch with us.

We are using the WooCommerce default flow, hence it will always consider 0 as “Out Of Stock” limit.

May I know how have you set the out of stock level as 3 for the product so that we can understand the workflow and help you out with it.

    Waiting for your reply.

    Hi

yes no problem, its a standard feature inside woocommerce.

if you go to Woocommerce > Settings > products > inventory

you can then set a low stock threshold and also an out of stock threshold.

i just set the Out of stock threshold to 3.

As i say, its a standard Woocommerce flow

    thanks

@mattw1000 Sorry for the delayed response.

We will add the feature in our next update where the Global threshold setting of WooCommerce will be used as a stock alert level.

Will keep you posted regarding the same.
