    I am thinking of using your plugin. I have a couple of questions.

    Currently, I cannot change any of my footer information because a WordPress update took away my ability to go into editor and type in it. So my footer has the wrong copyright dates.

    So, if I make a child theme, will I be able to change my footer to reflect the correct copyright dates? To ask in another way, can I change my footer information whenever I want if I make a child theme?
