    Hi,

    I am using woocommerce pdf voucher plugin to sell voucher codes that the user has to redeem. The user gets the voucher when the order is processing And has an expiration date of 3 days to be redeemed. I was wondering and hoping if using your plugin I can set a rule that only when this voucher expires, then the order will go from processing to cancelled. It the user redeems the voucher, the order won’t change status.
    I know this might require custom work, if that’s the case could you do it?

    Let me try to solve it. One important question though – how can we know if the voucher was redeemed? I mean, when the user redeems the voucher, is it marked somewhere on the site? In the user’s order maybe?

    Hi,

    I have a mutivendor site. So the user downloads the voucher and goes to the vendor physical store and presents the voucher. then the vendor goes to his dashboard and redeems the voucher from here https://prnt.sc/LZxiO6o-0oaN

    So after the voucher is redeemed if i go the the vouchers page in the backend and i see this info https://prnt.sc/JGbgHJNn_V4i

    Ok, I believe this is doable, however, I’ll need to make some tests. I’ve tried searching for your PDF voucher plugin on wp.org, but I’m not sure which is the right one. Could you please send me its link (or zip, if it’s a paid one (my email is [email protected]))?
