Change to arras theme and 2 questions

  • Is it not possible to adjust the post image size automatically wihtout doing it in every single post?

    I have to change it from 612 to 550 or something. I nedd the 3 col layout.

    And what`s the thumb thing. none of the featured posts show any pictures?

    Also where to change the witdt of the left, main and right column?

    There isn`t a image-max-width sort of solution?
    It worked on my previous theme, but I don`t know how to assign it for Arras theme
