change title of "Home" link in navigation bar

I am using the twenty eleven theme.

By default on the navigation bar the link to the latest page in the blog is “Home”. I would like to change that to read “Blog Home”.

I did install the plug-in “Page Links To”, which is great….. but I can’t see where it addresses editing the title of “Home”.

As I remember in the twenty ten theme you could make this edit in the theme folder’s header file.

But I can’t seem to find a place to do that edit in the twenty eleven theme.
