Change Title Above Content Background color

    Hi,

    I use “Soap Shop” starter template.

    I want to set the “Title Above Content Background” color to #222222 but it’s not applied correctly!

    It seems like there is a persistent overlay or something. The output color isn’t #222222.

    Also, I want that color applied to all pages at the same time: blog, shop…

    Please, how to correctly do this?
