Change Title

    I want to give this a 5 stars because it looks great and works, but I can’t until I know how to change the title of the form.

    Now it says: “Like this Article? Subscribe to Our Feed!”

    I want it to say, for example: “Like this Article? Follow this Blog by Email for New Post Alerts”.

    Please help, or I’ll have to delete the plugin and find something else I can customize.

    Currently this title is hardcoded into the plugin, since it was meant to be an implementation of someone else’s code. I will add an option to change the title in the next version.

    The latest version allows you to change the title at the top of the form.

    Is it possibile to insert tag on title? I need to change from “Like this Article? Subscribe to Our Feed!” to “Do you want to see other article on %tag% e %tag%? Subscribe to Our Feed!”

    You can do that in your theme. What I can do is make the title optional so you can display only your custom title.
