Change Title

Hi, I understand if I want to change the site title and description I can go to setting. However I was not able to change the title on Firefox tab bar where texts still display is still the same even when I change the title from the setting. How can I make change to this? I tried to look through the php admin files but still I was not able to find it. Please help.
