Change titel & field name text color

Hi
I’d like to change the titles and field text color to #fff on the single listing page.
For example the words condition, milage, make, model etc are all grey however my page background is dark so I would like these to be white instead.
Also the ticks in the feature bullet points I would like to be #fff also.

Also on this page https://grayhorseboxes.co.uk.gridhosted.co.uk/pre-owned/ when you hover over a listing the background changes to white but the text doesn’t change colour I’d like the text to change to this colour #162252 on hover please.
