Change Ticket ID as Option under "configure"

    Looking at past posts, it looks like quite a lot of people are interested in:

    Would it be possible to have an option in the WordPress JS Tickets control panel, to specify “Ticket ID” Type… where it could be set to “Random” (as it is now), Sequential (with an option to set the starting #, and Sequential + Prepend (for example: “MYTICKETID” + Sequential Number)

    Changing the config files of the plugin is fine for us programmer types, but we might also lose the functionality during a version upgrade… also, for those who are afraid of coding, it would be tremendously helpful to do this from the admin panel.

    Hi,

    We already work on it, it will be available in next version.
    A combo box in the configurations and admin can change ticket it format.
