Change Thumbnail Size of Listings

Hi Barry,
Just a couple things. First off, I commend your involvement and dedication to this community. I’m a super noob at wordpress and plugins, etc, but I read through all the posts on this forum to avoid wasting your time with a duplicate question and was so surprised to see you take the time to respond to virtually everyone and quite quickly & thoroughly.
My question is regarding the way listings appear. Is it possible to show just a picture and the Make, Model, and Year? If so, I’d like to be able to maybe have 3 or 4 cars per row and be able to get the details by clicking on the image if not by hovering. If this is not possible, how could I increase the size of the thumbnails? I noticed a similar question about 7 months ago that was never resolved. I’ll post your response below, but I am unable to understand it.
To give you a sense of what a noob I am, I created my first wordpress login about 10 minutes ago and this is my first time asking a question to anyone. That being said, the more specifically you can get into it, the better. Thanks in advance and for making a great plugin!

The image size is filterable with the filter wpcm_single_vehicle_large_thumbnail_size, the default image size is wpcm_vehicle_single.
Do you know how to create your own image size and register it via this filter?
