Change thumbnail size?

Hi –
Great plugin. I’d like to increase the size of the thumbnails displayed in each post. Is there a way to do that by editing the plugin code? I noticed the thumbnails are sourced directly from ebay (as opposed to being pulled from ebay and then resized within WordPress) – can I tell it to grab a larger thumb?
