change theme template colors

  • This is regarding Atahualpa 3.5.3 (https://www.nausetgardenclub.com/) which I need to change the ugly yellow and green font color on side panel to text – to black.

    I have checked videos, help, widgets, theme, theme options.

    Please help. Where do I access this if I in fact can change the theme colors for Atahualpa 3.5.3
