change theme language without changing dashboards one

hello,

i installed arabic version of wordpress and i translated the theme into arabic from the .po file, and the theme supports trl layouts.
the problem here is when i add define(‘wplang’, ”); to wp_config the theme becomes ltr layouts and dashboard becomes english.

what should i do to keep arabic dashboard + rtl layout system + tranlated .po file
