Change the Wording on “Latest Past Events”

Hi, I see a lot of references to this and the common recommendation is to use this Loco Translate plugin, but HOW do you use that for this purpose? ?? I installed the plugin, but I can’t find how to edit any English text.

I’ve also seen recommendations to disable the recent events, but we don’t want to do that, we just want the heading to make sense. What template do we need to edit or dupe into our theme in order to change that text, please? Or how can Loco Translate be used to change it?
