Change the URL of ‘Please Login to comment’

Hi, this is awesome plugin! I have a small issue, which I still could not solve. Is it possible to change the URL of ‘Please Login to comment’ link? Now it takes the user to WordPress login page (https://www.freelogica.kz/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.freelogica.kz%2Fchto-takoe-freelogica%2F). But I would like to change it to my site’s custom login page (https://www.freelogica.kz/login/). Is this doable?

I am using Ultimate Member to manage the subscriptions as well as create the login page.
