Change the text of "You Don't Have sufficient permission"

Hi, I have been scouring search to try and find out how to customize the wordpress error message, “You don’t have sufficient permission to access this page.”

I am running multisite, any help would be so appreciated!

What files to modify? Or what function to add in function.php please?
