Change the text of “previous, next, by”

Hello, Is there a way to change the words of Elazi Lite Theme’s previous, next, by, posted by” some words I already got changed through elazi-lite->inc->template-> about-author-php, navigation.php and related-posts-php
but some words still remain in English in my desctop version and in mobile version
