Change the tekst of “continue reading”

I know I may sound stupid but I cannot seem to find WHERE and HOW to change my “continue reading” button below each article preview on my website’s homepage (Modern is the theme I am using). I want to change in Dutch

Could somebody be so kind and give me punctual instructions as to where to find the right section and how to apply the change?
