Can I change the string “Post Content” for “Your Message” ?
And is it possible to translate other English words to any language ?

Hello,
That would be possible with a custom form. Refer to the plugin documentation for steps on implementing. Then you can change form details like markup, attributes and so forth. Just don’t change any name attributes, hidden fields, or field values.
