Change the “Start” text on the product page

I am using this plugin with Woocommerce, how do I change the “Start” and “End” text in the calendar selection area on the product page. I would like it to say something like: “Event Start Date” and “Event End Date”. This is rather urgent, could you pls respond with a solution soon. Thanks
