Change the size of the displayed box

    When I save a horizontal box (e.g. [naaa asin="3836288052" template="horizontal"]) then most of the text associated with the article is displayed.
    However, if I create a vertical box [naaa asin="3836288052"], the text is barely displayed. I can’t find a way to change the look or size either.
    Hence the question, how and where can I change that?
