Change the recipient’s email address

You can use the following code to change the recipient email address:

add_filter( 'wc_cart_pdf_admin_copy_email', function( $email, $mpdf, $customer ) {
	return '[email protected]';
}, 10, 3 );

You can also return an array to designate multiple recipients
