Change the page template?

    Hi again,
    I want to know if by any mean I can replace the current page template or add another one.
    The one I would like to use is from another theme: MH elegance lite.
    I was thinking to replace the current Main Index Template.php, Page template.php and Full width page Template.php of my child theme by the one of the MH elegance lite theme.
