Change the order of plugins output

    It depends on how the plugins are adding that output. Which plugins are you referring to?

    Fancy Facebook Comments and WPSSO SSB and RRSSB plugins

    There is an option Priority for Facebook Comments to appear at front-end at Fancy Facebook Comments options page in admin that you can use to change the position of Fancy Facebook Comments box relative to other elements at the webpage.
