Change the order of items in home page (3.0.10)

Hello,

I had managed to change order of itens in homepage using the info in this post. But updating to 3.0.10 it seems that things changed, now to make it it is needed to includa “add action” functions and state priorities… I really dont know how to do it. Could someone help please?
