Change the name from My Profile to My Account

Can you please clarify where do you want to change this string?
If you are referring to the “My Account” under the “cog” icon dropdown, you can change this string using PoEdit. Please see this doc on how to change default tabs title you should take exactly the same steps but search for “My Account” string instead.
