Change the monthly quota (from 5000 til 1000)

We changed 2 months ago. For now the 5k limits users are unaffected.

FYI, we have this option which can give you an extra 20k visits if you enable https://docs.optimole.com/article/1940-optimole-badge

Okay …. I really hope that websites with the old quota remains uaffected
