Change the language of Jetpack subscription emails

To change the language of Jetpack subscription emails, these emails should usually follow your site’s language settings. If your site is set to French, the emails should also be sent in French. However, if they are not, you may need to check your site’s language settings to ensure they are properly configured. You can check that from your wp-admin Dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language.

Can you also tell me whether your Jetpack plugin is in French? You can download the French version here.

My problem has been solved, perhaps because of the recent update. My site is well configured in French and I downloaded the plugin via WordPress. But I’ll take note of your approach in case the problem recurs.

We don’t have any automatic integration that syncs our Newsletter subscription feature with the Active Campaign plugin.

You may need to import/export the contacts at the moment, keeping in mind that you will need the subscriber’s permission to move their personal data from one list (where they subscribed) to another (they may not be aware of).

I was wondering if you know of a solution for linking your newsletter to Active Campaign.

I saw that there was a possible link with Zapier or other tools between Jetpack CRM and AC but I don’t want to use Jetpack CRM.

Nope, there is no feature to connect our Jetpack newsletter to Active Campaign.

I was about to mention the Zapier’s option with CRM, but looks like you have already exclude this way :/
