    Hi,

I’m using the jump to recipe snippet and wondering if the can be moved to the place where above the feature image.

I’ve googled a lot but didn’t find anything related to that.
Could you enlighten me on this? Thank you.

    Hi Nora,

If you enable “Automatic Snippets” on the WP Recipe Maker > Settings > Recipe Snippets page it will output those buttons at the start of the post content.

Alternatively you could type the [wprm-recipe-snippet] shortcode where you want those buttons to appear instead.

This could also get added to your theme files, if you want them to appear in a specific location there (like above the featured image).

    Hi Brecht,

    Thanks for replying.
I’ve tried to add the [wprm-recipe-snippet] to the theme file in the Theme Editor, but it only shows the words “[wprm-recipe-snippet]” rather than the snippet.

    I’m wondering if there’s anything I misunderstood?

    Thank you.

Can you send a screenshot of how you’ve added it and a link to the post to [email protected] so I can take a look?

Hi, I just sent an email to the mailbox. Thank you.

    Thanks!

Forgot for a second that you’ll have to surround it with a do_shortcode function if you add it to your theme files directly. Should look something like this:

    <?php echo do_shortcode( '[wprm-recipe-snippet]' ); ?>

    It works!

    Thank you so much. :))

    Hello,

This seems to be my question too. I would like my Jump to Recipe button to be right after the title of my blog post (and before the featured image). I did not understand the solution listed above.

    Can someone help me out?

    Thanks,

    Hi @bearhands

This method is to manually add PHP code to the file.
You might want to start a new thread so the team could reply to you directly.
