Change the email recipient with Pods dynamic field

Hello
I would like the recipient of the mail to be retrieved automatically from a Pods mail field.
I tried from the Mail tab of Contact Form 7 with:
<{@email_annuaire}>
Or
{@email_annuaire}
Or
[pods field=”email_annuaire”]
Or
[pods]{@email_annuaire}[/ pods]

But nothing works
Can you help me please ?
