Change the color of the background for widgets in sidebar and footer

  • I added this to Custom CSS Manager and it seemed to work:

    #secondary .widget, #footer-sidebar .widget
    {
    background-color: #ffffff;}

    Thanks KristyPOT. It did not work for me until I added !Important to the end. I’ll have to find out where the other setting is.
