Change the 4 text boxes under slider, replace text with photo and link

I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the text from the 4 animated boxes under the slider and replace it with a small image. I’ve found the css to change text size, color etc. using firebug but I have no clue how to add an image and link. Could somebody possibly point me in the right direction.
