You don’t need a thank you page, Subscribe2 does all of that for you.

How do I customize the thank you message and add Google Conversion Tracking code?

You need to use the subscribe2 API filters, in particular the s’2_subscribe_confirmed’ and perhaps the ‘s2_unsubscribe_confirmed’ filters which are documented here:
