Change text printful shipping options radio buttons

On cart + checkout pages, in the Cart Totals table, the shipping options radio button labels are showing an estimated delivery text with a date range. “Flat Rate (Estimated delivery: Nov 13?–Nov 17): $13.05”

I would like to be able to customize that text, instead of showing estimated delivery dates, I would like to show the text as it appears in the wordpress admin printful dashboard settings page, for example “(3-4 business days after fulfillment)” rather than “(Estimated delivery: Nov 13?–Nov 17)”.

Is this possible?
