Change text on WP "Updates" view

After discussing this with the Easy Updates Manager team we decided that we are not going to add this. This is because most people who use this plugin are actually trying to hide the updates from a client or other users (this is why you can exclude users in the Advanced settings tab) so if it said in the updates page that the updates are “Disabled by Easy Updates Manager” then we would get support topics asking us to remove it. Also, you may be thinking that we could just add it as a setting, but first of all it isn’t really worth the time to add the setting, secondly the setting isn’t really needed at all to disable updates, and lastly the setting would just take up space in the setting page.

So in other words (long story short) we have decided not to add the setting. Hopefully you understand.
