change text in page and landing page in function to affiliate link

  • Dear,
    I work in network marketing and wish create a website with WP (generic theme and text) and in function to the affialite link i wish change text include in different page
    For exemple
    If visitor click in link A the text in my home page change and the text in contact change for display Affiliate A adress and email
    If visitor clik in link B the text in my home page change and the text in contact change for display Affiliate B adress and email

    If it possible with you’r plugin?

    Although i haven’t tested it with free version of Affiliates plugin, it’s worth a shot.
