    If you are using the Copy and Paste option, then you’ll need to manually edit the Processed Opt In Form Code.

    In the Processed Opt in Form Code field, look for the text that says Email (with a capital “E”) and change that out with the text you want. If you want, you can send me the url to your page and I can help you.
