Change text in confirmation email

How can I change the text in the confirmation email that people get when they subscribe?

I called my list ‘Test List’ to test, and have now changed it to something more meaningful. It displays the correct name in WordPress, but even after uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, the email still displays ‘Test List’ rather than its current name.

Any ideas? Thans.
