change text for “learn more” link

Hi guys, i want to know if its possíble to change the calling for links from “learn more” to whatever we need. I think i can edit this in somewhere in plugin scripts, right?

so, to be more specific, I would like to edit the default text presenting in the editor, so I don’t have to edit the text for each link entered. I believe that this standard information may be present in some plugin script, I would like to know where to edit ??
