Change text field sizes

Hi, I have read though the answers about changing text fields. On the page mentioned, in view ports desktop and laptop, I need CSS to make
(text-1) = 50% of text area on this line
(curency-1) = 25%
(number-1) = 25%

If the (number-1) field is reduced, would the other two fields expand automatically?

Also, in the (currency-1)field is it possible to delete “USD” and the space taken up while designating the applicable currency in settings?
