Change Text between two known keywords

I have different text between two fixed keywords. Its always like this:
“Foto by JOHN DOE, via Agency”

As you mention: “Foto by ” and “, via Agency” is fix. The name (e.g. JOHN DOE) differs. I would like to delete the whole phrase including the always changing name in between. Is this passible? How?
