Change text and picture associated with social media widget

    Hi,
    I had my website setup by a webdesigner but now make most changes myself. Now, i would like to change the text associated with the social media share button widgets I have on my website (see attached link). But I cannot find where to make the change in WordPress. The only thing I found was the widget TFuse text:
    <div class=”share”>
    <div class=”fb-share-button” data-href=”https://www.familyyoga.ch&#8221; data-layout=”icon”></div>

    But I cannot find the actual text field associated with the share link, so that I can change the text. I would greately appreciate any help.
