    Hi, thanks for what you do!
    I am trying to update the “Send Test Email To” address in the Woocommerce admin WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery / Follow-up Emails section and every time I change the address and Update Changes the email address reverts back to the original.

    I thought it may be related to the Site Administrator email setting, so I changed that email address to reflect my new preferred email address but this had no affect on the default email address that I am requesting to change. Any help?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The plugin uses the admin email to send the test emails. If you want to send the email to another email address, you must change the email address in admin settings. For example, you might receive a confirmation email from WordPress for a new email.

    Confirm it and check it once.

    Yup , did that… not sure what else. I even cleared the site/browser cache. Maybe a plugin issue… I will follow up tomorrow.

    I think instead I am going to revert back to using the Gmail address since my original issue has now been resolved. However, your plugin issue remains… I have confidence that the caches have been cleared and the site admin email is what I set it to be. Maybe you can reproduce this issue on your test server?
    At least for now I am moving on… thank you for responding and I hope this at least sparks some interest in testing this further.
