change test email address – reverts back to previous

Hi, thanks for what you do!
I am trying to update the “Send Test Email To” address in the Woocommerce admin WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery / Follow-up Emails section and every time I change the address and Update Changes the email address reverts back to the original.I thought it may be related to the Site Administrator email setting, so I changed that email address to reflect my new preferred email address but this had no affect on the default email address that I am requesting to change. Any help?
