    Hello,

We would like for the website in question to be able to print a more “discreet” PDF for internal printing. For example we would call this template “Discreet”. We only want to use this template when printing PDF’s for internal use. Some information on these PDF’s should be hidden: price and information customer. We also want to add pictures of the products ordered to the PDF.

So summarized: we want to be able to have two templates on the site. One for internal use and one for customers. The PDF for internal use should be more discreet than the PDF for customers.

    Is this possible?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @dylandebruijn

To be able to use two different templates you need two documents, but using the free version you only have the Invoice and Packing Slip. If you don’t need the Packing Slip you can modify it with a custom template, but if you like to keep it you can buy the Professional extension has it adds the Proforma document (you can modify it the same way, creating a custom template).

    Hi Alex,

Could you please explain the solution in more detail? We purchased the professional extension but I don’t see an option to download the proforma document.

    Kind regards,

    Dylan
