change tagline

Hey, I don’t know how to change the taglinge in Allegiant theme.
Can anyone help please?All I found is:

Hello karstenb,
Login as admin then navigate Dashboard >> Apperance >> Customize then Layout >> Homepage and put tagline in box that you want.
