    HI Chris,

    Could you add the option to remove the page breaks?
    Some of our cities only have one group and with all the blank space our list is 68 pages long.
    Some of our members who volunteer to answer the phones like to take a hardcopy with them when they’re away from a computer.

    Eric,
    Thanks a lot for showing me the pdf with the issues. That helps a lot in seeing exactly what you are doing, and what would work for your data.

    There is a new version: 0.1.8.
    There is an option labeled “New Page for each region”, if you uncheck this, it should give you what you want. Let me know if this gives you what you are looking for.
