Change success message on submitting MailChimp signup

Hello. I am using this plugin to successfully include a signup form. However I want to change the feedback message from “SUCCESS, YOU’VE BEEN SIGNED UP.” to something of my choosing. I cannot find in mailchimp or in the plugin settings where I can edit this message.
