Change SUBSCRIBE on Captcha page

I want to change the word SUBSCRIBE that apppears in the submit button on the MATH QUESTION page.

I cannot find out where to do that. I have tried a plugin called SAY WHAT (that changes text) , doesn’t work. And that page doesn’t read what I have in my newsletter settings for the submit button.

Please advise how to change the word to something else.
